Nathan Warrener
Chief Executive Officer

I’m Nathan, 35 years old originally from the UK, but I consider myself Australian, having grown up on the Gold Coast since I was six. After finishing school, I joined the Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF) in 2010. I served for just over 11 years in continuous full-time service. While I have been studying the past 3 years I have also been serving as a reservist bringing me to 14 years in the RAAF. I am currently pursuing a Bachelor of Education, majoring in Business and Health and Physical Education—aligning three areas I’m passionate about.

During my service in the RAAF, maintaining jets on the flight line, I developed tinnitus (a constant ringing in the ears), which primarily affects my sleep. As a health-conscious individual who prefers to avoid sleeping pills, I discovered that THC provided a more effective alternative for managing my condition. Recognising the gap in the Australian market and with the government’s push to develop a domestic industry, I began assembling a team. My closest friends, whom I’ve known since high school and regard as brothers, have joined me in embracing this challenge. We’re excited to embark on this journey together.

Aidan Lather
Director of Operations

Aidan, 36, is a seasoned professional with a background in logistics and operations, bringing over 15 years of experience to the team. Born and raised on the Gold Coast, Aidan’s journey in logistics began shortly after high school, where he honed his skills in supply chain management and operational efficiency. His strategic mindset and attention to detail quickly propelled him into leadership roles across various industries, from manufacturing to tech startups.

Aidan’s commitment to excellence and his knack for problem-solving made him the perfect fit as Director of Operations. His expertise ensures that every aspect of our business runs smoothly, from cultivation to distribution. Aidan’s passion for innovation and quality aligns perfectly with our mission to set new standards in the Australian medicinal cannabis industry.

Having been close friends with Nathan since high school, Aidan shares a deep bond with the founding team. His enthusiasm for the business is matched only by his dedication to seeing their shared vision come to life. Together, they are excited to lead the company.
